Offered to: 7th grade

Level: Introductory
What's next? Agribusiness

In these courses are where your agricultural career can begin! While these are not required of you to take courses in the future, you can get a general overview of what's in store for your future here by taking these courses.

These are semester-long classes, unlike the year-long classes the high school students will have. That being so, these will be on a rotating schedule. Both the Exploratory Agriculture & Introduction to Agriculture classes will learn the same thing each year, but the material will rotate every year so that as you progress, you don't get repeated material.

In this class, you will get an introductory-level education about the following topics: Careers in agriculture, FFA (what is the club about and how do I get into it?), world agriculture, agribusiness and record keeping, and plant science.
